Got my hands on this broken vintage Acer keyboard, the case was cracked badly and the PCB seems to have some liquid damage.

Did some research on what would it require to make a mechanical keyboard by myself and after looking tons of different types of diy keyboards, I decided that Atreus styled keyboard would suite my needs best, but wanted to have some extra keys on it and a trackpoint.
I was thinking of this kind of layout and keymap. Any thoughts on that? The numlock and fn keys would be layers (momentary) on the tmk firmware.

I've been looking for new keycaps but it's hard to find any sets for ALPS, found out that Matias sells keycaps and been pondering that if I'll order a set of blank white ABS keycaps. Anywhere else I might get blank white ALPS keys?
