Sorry but that is a rubber dome board. The Alps version of the SIIG looks like this:

This is a new "plus" version 99%.  They probably have been selling siig minitouch's since the old one and just haven't updated their titles/links, but switched to selling the rubber dome plus version from the old one thinking it wouldn't matter to most individuals.
