I've had an HKP Raven cap for a while but I'm afraid if I installed it on a keyboard that, in use, I'd knock off the visor. Do people really use these on a keyboard? Does the small piece get knocked off? Do some people glue the visor in place, either open or closed?
I guess I'll just have to try it and see. I just wanted to hear how other people deal with two piece caps.

Shouldn't be much of a problem. I had a raven on my board for a little while, just don't hit it too hard and the visor will stay in place (might open or close on ya) without issue.

Also, the visor - at least on the raven I had - could be safely removed and reattached without issue.

That's true for all of them. Whenever I shipped one, I always removed the visor first to help protect it during shipping.

I have a Raven and the visor broke. I still like it though. Just be careful!
