The Sun ones are a Type 6 keyboard - PC compatible if USB, not sure about the mini-DIN ones, but crappy rubber domes either way. Mouse is a Crossbow (could be USB, could not be), again, PC compatible but it's a 3 button USB ball mouse.
The first link is actually an entire dumb terminal. If I recall correctly 318x is a series of keyboard that'll convert to PC, so if someone could get it to sell separately, there's a project (but there are people who, for whatever reason, collect dumb terminals and the like so it's probably best to let them go as a pair).
The L40SXs are actually models of Personal System/2 and predate the ThinkPad name, AFAIK
