Title: Is it possible to replace costar stabs with plate mounted cherry stabs on a VA87

as the title says, if you look at the photo, do you guys reckon that the plate mounted cherry stabs would fit into the varmilo?

i was looking at these plate mounted cherry stabs http://www.switchtop.com/product/plate-mounted-cherry-stabilizers

You would need a larger cutout in the plate.

Which means desoldering the whole board and filing the cutouts.

If you were a dentist I'd say you could probably use a vacuum tube for debris and a dremel. Although i kinda like my costar stabs on my whitefox. Pretty solid once you get them seated correctly and lubed up. Definitely better than the loose pcb mounted cherry stabs on my Sentraq
