Does it work fine? I'm pretty sure some switches are upside down just because of the way the pcb is designed.

Yep I have had the same thing. It doesn't make a difference.

If it works, then don't worry. Keyboards with Cherry MX switches and backlighting have all its switches "upside down".
The switch design allows keyboards to have switches oriented up, down or even left or right.

MX Browns on my MagicForce are upside down. They're the white LED version, perhaps the reason why?

Yes, the switches are upside down so that if you add LEDs the light will be at the top of the key (where the legends usually are).  All is normal.

A lot of companies do that to make the LEDs at the bottom. Doesn't affect anything else.

My atreus has some switches sideways, I don't think that would be a problem at all.
