I had one user who was thinking about selling his, but hasn't responded to a pm in weeks so i'm assuming that isn't going to work out.

I don't know where to begin to have a shop make a plate. I don't have any plans or drawings of any sort, and I also don't know how to ensure LZ level of quality on a plate.

For the plate you could also use a service like this: http://lasergist.com

A custom plate can be made by many shops. I don't think quality is very different and also not really noticeable, you don't see much of the plate I think.

The files for it you need to get from someone else, maybe lz?

Is your plate Alps? Or are you trying to get Alps instead?

I updated the post. I never said thank you to those who offered me alternative for the Alps plates. Thank you.

Wow! Last price I saw was ~600, which is why I commented. For 450 shipped I would have picked it up myself. Grats to the buyer.
