EDIT: NOW NONE OF IT WORKS.
I deleted the drivers on the different interface. Thought it would fix it but it broke it even worse...
Any one know how to get the drivers for a KC60 or should I just go ahead and strip it for the plate and switches?

You either managed to flash it, in which case you need to work on the programming and re-flash, or you didn't manage to flash it. If you haven't flashed it then it's a hardware problem. You knocked a wire loose or loosened a plug.
