I wonder if all the extra keys register in a meaningful way without requiring custom drivers,

Since it's PS/2 you should be able to put a Teensy in it and add TMK or Soarer's converter to make it fully programmable.

it's like an extended kishsaver except the bit at the top actually has keys :P

I don't know about you, but if I had a board like that, I'd be so intoxicated, I'd need a driver.
