Title: Frying with Lard ?

Tp4 misses the 80s...


It's more/less equivalent to baconating whatever goes in the fryer..


Anyone still eating this stuff ?

TP4 sounds very hungry lately. I don't use lard, but bacon grease is the secret to a good roux for Cajun food.

I remember they used to make fried dough (chinese churros) with lard.. OMG.. it's awesome..
