Hello folks. I just purchased a used Ergodox Infinity and I'm experiencing some issues with it. Every few minutes, one random key I press will repeat indefinitely until I unplug the USB cable.
I've flashed both halves using the Input Club configurator, but nothing seems to help.
Does anyone have knowledge of this issue or have an idea where I can start troubleshooting?

I guess the repeating key is not physically stuck when repeating, is it?
Is the location of the repeating key really random, or is it possible to limit the position to an area of the keyboard, like a specific row or something? The issue then might be PCB related.
Does any of the keys feel different or weird when pushed? The issue then might be switch related.

I don't think it is the actual switches. The board has MX Browns and I can feel them disengage. I've also made sure to pull the key up when the letters start repeating.
I've made a note of which keys I've had issues with and they are on different rows and columns :(

Looks like the problem has something to do with existing software or drivers on my main PC. I've tried the keyboard on my laptop, HTPC, and my wife's computer without any issues.

This often happens when there is not enough power supplied by the computer to the USB port, although I'm not sure if that is the issue you have. If it is a desktop, is there any difference if you use the back USB ports instead of the front, or vice versa?

What OS are you running?
If it's macOS there are issues with karabiner not working correctly (they implement something in the USB HID stack incorrectly, so you'd need to uninstall it).
