How many ya'll can actually do even 1 day of this .. hahahaha
Tp4 can do the pushups/situps/squats.
But there's no way Tp4 can just casually run a 10k.. 5k tops, and def not every day..

Yes

I row 10k/day at 2,05min/500m, so running the same distance wouldn't be a problem.
The situps + squats wouldn't be hard at all.. But the pushups?
I can do 50 pushups in a row TOPS. Maybe 60 with practice - I'm 195cm tall. I think short individuals can do more pushups easier than tall vikings.
I weigh 80kg solid.

Isn't it a bit ineffective to do 100 sits or 100 push ups everyday? I mean you should rest your body in between workouts.

I think the given routine is quite questionable. A beginner is perhaps not able to do the 100 situps per day, and if he reaches the point of doing 100 reps easily, there are probably better/more helpful exercises.
Also I noticed the routine does not state how many reps a set should have. Does one make 100 situps in a row, or just 50 / 25 / n?
When reading the manga the first time, I understood this routine as motivation. I mean, every healthy person should be able to do this routine after an appropriate amount of practice. While not becoming a oneshotting monster-hunting hero, one will perhaps get in shape. Also one can scale this down very well. For example to 1/10 of the reps and km.

You'll never become a hero for fun with that attitude.

IDK about 10k everyday though..
That's something distance runners might do.. but I've never seen any distance runners who didn't have alot of upperbody wasting..
They're fit, but they don't carry alot of mass muscle wise..

He does pushups, situps, running, and squats.
Is called One-Punch
One-PUNCH
Where is the upper body regimen?
Pros of the One Punch Man Workout:
Muscular Endurance
Cardiovascular Endurance
Very easy to follow
No equipment needed
Cons of the One Punch Man Workout:
Not effective for hypertrophy (muscle size growth)
Doesn’t build excellent force production (raw strength for heavy weights)
Will cause muscle and joint tension on focused points daily
