one in the morning on weekdays for me
however i work with some people that have 10-15 per day. if they don't get enough they get headaches
-
One medium cup in the morning, another with lunch and then one final one before the bus back to the north campus where car is parked.
I think it's 16oz. So 48oz so about 1500mL.
$3.09x3=$9.27
$9.27x3=$27.81
It's sometimes 4 times a week depending on workload in school and if I need to be in the math lab..
On weekends at work though.... Nice sized cup, and then I push the espresso button 5 times on the machine and fill the cup. Two cups of that in the morning. And then two cups on my break.

Studies have proven that even a very small amount of milk fat added helps the body process the coffee.
As far as how much?

I have 20oz in the morning when I wake up then 20oz before work and sometimes another 20oz at work halfway through my shift. So about 1200ml to 1800ml daily.
Dark roast. Black

I drink 247.23 ml in the morning.

From the article that I linked below:
"The study also found that Starbucks' caffeinated breakfast blend, purchased at a Florida store, varied greatly in its caffeine content from day to day. One day, a 16-ounce cup had 259 milligrams of caffeine. Another day, the same size coffee contained 564 milligrams."

Zero, coffee is bad

But it's better to just do coke than coke and drink coffee. And we all know coke is better than coffee

I typically have 32 ounces between 5am and 10am, sometimes more, rarely less. Just typical Folgers brewed in the office coffee pot.
But if we are talking caffeinated drinks, I also drink V8 energy drinks 80mg, sometimes a monster zero ultra 140mg and a local place has an energy drink it has 190mg and DT mtn dew with 72mg/16oz.
We won't talk about the headache pills with caffeine 65mg they stock in the medicine cabinet. :o

I'd guess that has something to do with the beans themselves and quality? You've got the cheap beans and then the good beans and sometimes the good beans aren't that strong. Could be many environmental factors?

Who drinks the most Coffee ?
Americans, it seems - appears to be an indigenous addiction over there.

Yeah, Scandinavians are known to be big coffee drinkers - maybe because it's dark for so long there when it's winter. But it seems to be a really big cultural thing in the US nowadays, or at least that's the idea I'm getting xD .
-
I used to have about 300ml every hour at work. So that's 11 or 12 a day. 3.5L of coffee.....
Now i'm better. Down to just one or two and replacing more coffee with tea. It is always instant though.
-

Just because trendy rich people are shown lingering at Starbucks on TV does not mean that the average American spends $3 each on several cups of coffee per day.

Hahaha fair enough xD . By the way, that was a pretty cool story you mentioned :) .

You put the milk in the coffee and also add sugar, then the coffee taste better. :P

Yeah see that's what a lot of people told me, "just start off with a lot of milk and sugar and then it tastes like hot chocolate". But it doesn't really, and it always just makes me want to drink hot chocolate xD .

Who in the world told you coffee ever tastes like hot chocolate? That is so ****ing strange to say to someone to try and make them like coffee.
And I drink about 8 8oz cups a day lately. Way too much.

In Sweden and Finland, we drink lots of coffee. The afternoon coffee break is definitely a thing - at every workplace at 3 o'clock or so. I don't think Norwegians and Danes drink as much as we do though.
I drink 2 dl, half coffee half milk, morning, after lunch, afternoon and after dinner. Cow's milk has the property that it neutralises mild acidity and has lactose - which is a sugar.
We like coffee with good taste that is not too roasted. American coffee is too watery and regular Italian coffee tastes like tar-water.
I have been to a few places in Italy that have been said to have exceptionally good coffee - but it did not blow me away - I found it merely as good as regular mainstream coffee in Sweden.
I think that there are some flavours that are in both coffee and chocolate, but other flavours make them distinctly different. If you can't tell them apart then you must be comparing some very bad chocolate with some very diluted coffee with too much sugar in it.
Just like in chocolate, there are some antioxidants in coffee so it is not all bad.

I'm kinda moving from coffee too tea... but it's kinda like swapping prescription meds for heroin...
I have a better question. Is TP the Alex Jones of GH?
