Title: Identical keycaps on a keyset

I'd like to know if the keycaps on the top row (F1, F2, ESC, Pause...) are the same size and shape as those on the 5th row (numbers, insert, numlock, etc.). This is for Leopold, OEM and Cherry profiles.
