TOTALLY NEW, NEVER MOUNTED or USED:
SA Row 3 profile, Icecap PBT black on white dyesubs from Signature Plastics. FULL SET $110 fixed, non-negotiable price.
[note that there are 3 extra keycaps: F J and numpad 5. Each of these 3 keycaps comes in 'normal' and 'scooped'. Also there are no windows/mac keys, being labelled 'super' instead.]

Vortex Black on White dyesubs, italic fonts. $40
Yellow set Jelly POM modifiers, 2 sets but lacking any 1.25u keycaps. I made a mistake and sold all the 1us after being unable to find the mods. $15
Cherry MX switches
Clear Switches $0.5
It's quite messy, but I have over 120 Clear stems and plenty more switches and housings. Because they came from different projects, some are lubed and stickered and a lot are just unlubed stems and springs. I suggest just buying the clear stems for $0.35 each.
Black Switches $0.3
180 black switches are plate mounted and desoldered from brand new keyboards
38 black switches are plate mounted and desoldered from slightly used keyboards. not desoldered from some dirty old board.
White switches and white stems and springs $0.5
Gray switches and stems and springs $0.5

I want to make my own numpad.
Total cost must be less than $30.
Have a look at this (https://geekhack.org/index.php?topic=85874.msg2304318#msg2304318).

Can I ask if Outemu switches can be swapped out for Cherry? Are they made to the same specs? I didn't find much info online.

In reply to a question:
Hello, I'm interested in purchasing your full set of SA Ice Cap. Can you confirm your meaning of fullset by checking that you have the different sized modifiers? Thanks!
'Full Set' is what SP sells as 87 key US ANSI plus the Numpad. http://cdn6.bigcommerce.com/s-ktpi93fl/products/216/images/816/icecap__06048.1471457476.400.250.jpg?c=2
It does not have ISO or the 00 key or 1.5u ctrl/alt. Spacebar has 6 stems so should fit most 6.25u keyboards.
It is sold as dyesub PBT, although it feels as smooth as ABS.
All Row 3 SA profile.

All 3 Enjoy PBT Dyesub sets are 100% new and come in boxes. All have many extra keys, including 1u 00 and 1u 0 as well as different sized bottom rows and 3 spacebars each for two of the sets.
Are there more enjoyPBT sets? Or just the purple?

Darn, I deleted the pictures and the title heading but not the text. Sorry!

i have a few satisfied buyers from my first round of sales, now looking for buyers for the rest!

Got a nice board from Alex but some damage in the mail, sad.
-
That is definitely not damage that I created. You would need to work hard to make a bend like that. You should be able to use pliers to bend it back to the normal shape, though. Remember to put cloth between the pieces you use the pliers on so that you don't scuff the metal.
Hope you enjoy the keyboard in good health!
-
Ty, I knew the board must have been dropped hard on the corner. Probably in a concrete warehouse. It's not exactly thin metal that you used to build the keyboard. I've known someone who dropped an aluminium board on lino, and only a tiny dent. But most annoying is, now that I'm filing a claim, it turns out I can only file as a fraction based on declared value. And I'd declared it real cheap, so....

I have never taken my own out of their original bags before. Kind of a pain to lay everything out for the sake of taking photos. TKL+Numpad is what I bought.
The cost to me was $95+$30 for the TKL+Numpad sets, not including shipping. Since my cash crunch is over, at this point I won't sell for less than $125 shipped anywhere, including all paypal fees.
For a US resident, that means you get a modest discount (about $9 IIRC) off buying from SP direct. But if you are located in Europe or Asia the savings would be like $25-$30 thanks to shipping.

Thanks, i'm looking for a set to fit a 65% and i don't think those caps will do it. :(

OK, try this http://cdn6.bigcommerce.com/s-ktpi93fl/products/216/images/927/Alt_SA__18444.1483052013.500.659.jpg?c=2
That is their alternate keycap set, for $36. If I am not wrong you'll need to buy an 87-key TKL set and then buy an alternate keycap set. Check with other 65% owners.
You'll have to buy from them because I prefer to sell mine as a 104 full set.

updated and bumped up.
price on SA set will be fixed since I no longer need money desperately.
