Rather interesting item - a Unicomp customizer with an original IBM-style label, yellow "Stop" key, a Green "Start" key, and keycaps with Italian markings (including a Caps Lock key with a padlock on it)

Contrary to what he's stated in an answer to a buyer, those will work on PS/2 (but since they're rubber dome they aren't worth it).
Some googling reveals 3153 compatibility which means cord and driver swap gets you functionality.
