This has the same item number G86-62410EUAGSA as the Ricecar SPOS, BUT look at the keys in detail - I think this is a rubber dome! (nubs on the F and J, control and alt are not concave but convex like a dell rubber dome keyboard)
The horrors of Cherry naming system!
The sticker on the back does not have the article number G80-62410 on the back.

A Cherry made in China?

If it's the G86 qwerty equivalent of my SPOS G86-63410, I'd expect it to be such. It's just another rubber dome.

I asked the seller to take a key off and tell me the color and shape of the keystem, it appears this is not an MX board. What it is actually is not clear as his description was a little confusing to me, probably a rubber dome. Not all G86-62410EUAGSA are Ricecar SPOS's.

How to tell a rubber dome G86 vs MX G86-
Rubber domes have nubs on F and J
Rubber domes don't have concave Alt and Control buttons
Rubber dome spacebar slopes downward towards the front lip
Relegendable Keycaps on rubber domes (covered by clear plastic at the top of the KB) do not rise significantly above the lateral lip of the keyboard, whereas MX relegendable do.

I think I'm right about these above.
If you are looking for the true ricecar SPOS, ask the vendor to check on the back to make sure it says "article no: G80-62410EUADSA"
Also the true ricecar SPOS has a Ferrite core near the USB plug, I believe the corresponding dome g86-62410EUAGSA does not.
Oh and mental hobbit is probably right, real ricecar spos looks to be made in USA, fake ricecar spos was made in china on the label in the back.

Didjamatics will be the most interesting one to watch. Shipping to Korea???
If his goes for a high price I'm totally hocking mine on ebay and will prominently feature "WILL SHIP TO KOREA"

These have that 'G86'-look to the keys, which they call ATK, but essentially the tops are 20% larger than average and are usually found on the desktop Cymotion boards, as well as some POS boards. They are just rubber dome, but quite nice rubber domes at that (albeit cheap).
I think it's safe to assume that all G86 are rubber dome unless stated otherwise. I wonder if those earlier boards that turned up on eBay were a special order of some sort - really G80-series boards but with a G86 sticker applied for whatever reason.
-
Pay no attention to the model number. Look at the Article number. That will tell you if it is an MX or not. A missing article number would indicate rubber dome; a true G86-XXXX.

Haha, I thought it was ironic that people in Asian countries have been contacting me about keyboards when so many in the US want keyboards from their region.

Another SPOS on ebay..

I asked the seller, looks like this one is the rubber dome variety. Pictured is the brown cherry version, but the actual item is a "fake ricercar spos"
