A bluetooth keyboard isn't something I've been looking for, but the retro style is pretty cool! How much will the boards weigh?
-
This is basically a copy of the Qwerkywriter, but with a different case. The case style is very nice, except that the slot is not large enough to hold an iPad Pro 12.9 in landscape orientation. The Qwerkywriter slot is open on both ends and so can accommodate a tablet of any width.
I love the manual typewriter aesthetic, and so I may get in on the Kickstarter for this since the price will be so low. It would complement my Qwerkywriter and Penhurst Pok3r very nicely.

Here is a new keyboard.
Eletron Penna launches kickstart on April 6th.
Early bird who participated in the Geek Starter can join for $ 79.
I'm expecting a new keyboard
You can choose from four colors and two types of key caps.

The specifications of this keyboard are as follows.
1) Macro function
- Sentence remembering
2) 5 Bluetooth multi-pairing.
- Connected 5 device at the same time.
3) 6month usable without changing battery.
- Using 2 AA battery for 6month.

The most important thing is that you can connect with mobile devices using Bluetooth.
Compact size with macro function, beautiful appearance
If you want this keyboard (Penna), take a kickstart launch.

Interesting keyboard. Any details where this will be running?
-
I believe it is a Kickstarter campaign.
-
Looks like a Chinese ripoff of Qwerkywriter.

Looks like a Chinese ripoff of Qwerkywriter.
Yeah, it is basically a less expensive Qwerkywriter with a different case design, multiple case color options (including wood!), and multiple keycap options.

Thanks, merged the two topics.
. . .
I wonder if there's a USB connection available, of it it's bluetooth-only... I really dislike bluetooth pairing with Windows, it can be pretty unreliable after restarts/sleep.
-
I seems like it is BT only, just like the Qwerkywriter.
-
Also some discussion of this in the thread on lofree: https://geekhack.org/index.php?topic=88270.msg2383543#msg2383543

As one of the above guys said, the main problem is the lack of open-ended holding bracket at the top. Not being able to hold a tablet in landscape orientation is very sucky because nearly all monitors are used in landscape and people using tablets will want to use in landscape when they're typing lots of stuff.
Prices are just good good good.
-
It will hold all tablets except the iPad Pro 12.9 in landscape orientation. The intersection of iPad Pro 12.9 users and those interested in this keyboard is probably very small, and so not something Elretron worries about.
-
i'll level with you i'm not really a fan
but i like the ipad functionality
and that price point is real good
