Title: GH60 Satan flashing issues
Post by: only1gc on Thu, 30 March 2017, 01:47:09
edit: Vincent (the seller) tried to help me with the errors over Skype, however I still could not flash it. Must be a rare faulty microcontroller. We came to an agreement for me to get a new PCB. Thanks for the replies.

Hey guys,

I bought a GH60 Satan off of aliexpress.

I'm having difficulty flashing the hex file as it gives me an error about a "blank check failure".

I've tried using FLIP and the QMK flasher, but both seem to give similar errors.

What exactly does this mean?

I can flash my QFR successfully with FLIP (if you're wondering, yes, I am changing from U2 to U4 when trying to flash the GH60).

I tried to google the error but I found mostly people having issues with other microcontroller projects, not so much to do with keyboards. Is my PCB faulty or is there some other underlying problem?

If Satan tried to flash me, I'd sprinkle Holy Water on his ding-dong—that'd show 'im!
