I have read the info at http://builder-docs.swillkb.com/features/, but can dechipher how apply it to my design.

I wish to cut above and below to align the borders parallel to the slope of the keys, similar to:

Swill's app doesn't have that capability as far as I know. You'll want to download the DXF and edit it by hand in CAD.
