Has anyone disassembled or otherwise looked at the interior of a Wacom pen & touch tablet? Or something VERY similar? I'm looking for pictures and not really finding anything.
Any help is appreciated.

I opened my Intuos 3 a year ago in preparation for an iTablet mod on a MacBook. No pictures. What's on your mind?

Considering using an Apple or the smallest size Wacom multi-touch pad on the Kinesis Contoured Classic I'm buying next week :)
I want to know if I will be able to put the electronics/buttons of a Wacom into/onto the Kinesis case. Taking the pointing device a step up from the regular touchpad, I want to use gestures.
GOAL: Trackpoint/buttons without taking hands from home row, and multi-touch as option and/or everything else a pointing device can do.

My Wacom buttons and ribbon assemblies were definitely separate from the tablet sesnor, and could be physically mounted in the Contour. Probably horizontally below the keys, rather than vertically in the middle. Note that my active Intuos (stylus only) is likely totally different than the passive (finger friendly) new Wacom multitouches.
I'll see if I can motivate myself this week to open the Intuos and take some pics.

Coolio.
Then make to it wireless, put wings on it, and watch it fly!
