I rarely if ever use my windows key on my keyboard. Really I only use it to lock the computer when I walk away (win + L)
On my HHKB i have the left cmd key set as a FN key the right one acts like the win key (using the 4th dipswitch)
On to what i'd like to do.
I really want to swap the actual fn key on the left with the left comd key, making both keys on the bottom on either side of the spacebar Fn keys and the actual Fn key my windows key.
Is this even possible? I really want to be able to do this

Well, one way would be to use something on your computer to keymap this but I haven't used one so I can't help recommending anything. Other variant and the one I have is to purchase Hasu TMK controller so you can reprogram the whole board. It'd be independent for any system so whatever pc you'd use would receive the same keycodes (I think). It's either of those choices.

Yeah, from what I'm seeing the Fn key isn't controlled by the OS so there's no reprogramming without an new controller

Very tempting, I may order another Pro 2 to be a donor board, gives me a good opportunity to try blank keycaps
