Was looking online for a solution and no one was really specific what to do so I tested a few thinks and found the dummy stems rubbing the walls around it made the high pitch whistle. A bit of dialectic grease on the corners and sides did the job. Don't use too much or your stabilizer will be covered in cheeto dust and dog hair by tomorrow.

Yea. I had the same issue. That solved it. Unfortunately I used a little too much on the left shift. It's a little more sluggish than the rest but not really noticeable unless you're looking for it.
