I live a stones throw from several legit carnecerias, taquerias and the like... and yet any day I drive by Chipotle at lunch there is literally a line out the door. I will never, ever, understand this.
And don't even get me started on ****ing Olive Garden. As someone who grew up with a Mexican immigrant Grandmother and an Italian immigrant Grandfather, the butchering of these two cuisines by chain restaurants and garbage fakeries is just flat out gross.
Well it's not like true Mexican food no, but it's fast and big. And how can you **** up rice beans and chicken wrapped in bread, it's almost impossible.
But if I have to choose, I'd go w/ Qdoba over Chipotle.
I remember being in cali and watching one person eat chipotle everyday we hung out, and getting sick because of it every time. Haha I refused to eat it.

Chiptole might not be flavor authentic but it still is rated among best chains for their use of high quality products.
Taco Bell uses McDonald's quality ingredients. Qdoba is marginally better.
Chiptole uses many non gmo and organic ingredients. Some of the animal products are pasture raised - meaning the animals are grazing/eating grass instead of eating corn feed which makes them sick which then requires them to have antibiotics. Guess where all that goes when you eat meat or chicken that has been given those?
Oh and I didn't mention how they do not use meat or chicken with hormones for growth.
Basically you're avoiding three types of drugs when eating any meats from chiptole.
I eat there often by the way - 97 times last year and never once got sick.
Chipotle is delicious whatchu talking about! I even did chiptopia, t'was a fun experience.
