and now the up arrow and right arrow are flakey and the 9 key keeps triggering when I'm not pressing it. I tried searched the threads, but couldn't find much about fixing this problem. Any hope for my favorite keyboard of all time? (so far)
I tried to get all the water out of it, but it was a pretty good flooding. I left the keyboard unplugged and upside down overnight, but like I say, it's having problems nevertheless.
Any help / advice is appreciated.

Did you take it apart and leave it to dry, or just leave it together overnight?
-
I didn't take it apart.

The easiest proper method is to get a tub of rubbing alcohol and soak the board for a few minutes (this displaces the water with fast evaporating alcohol) then let it air dry for a few hours/day.
The real proper way is to disassemble everything (including de-soldering switches) and then do an alcohol dip.
Regardless, don't use rice, that doesn't work.
If all else fails, worst case, you can always swap out the bad switches with replacements later.

Yeah you'll have to take the case apart and let the parts sit for at least a few days (obviously not in the sun).

ah, right. I should just solder in replacement blues. Anyone know if I need to buy platemount or PCB mount blues: https://mechanicalkeyboards.com/shop/index.php?l=product_list&c=56
EDIT: I opened it up. It's a platemount.
EDIT:Looks like platemount is out of stock. Anyone know where else I can buy platemount mx blues?
EDIT: Found some on Amazon and ordered them.

Ah okay, I'll try that first

Letting it sit is NOT the right choice with electronics.
The water will not evaporate quickly inside the switch and will just cause corrosion.
This shows why rice and letting it air dry is a bad idea.

hahaahahahahahhahah. That was hilarious. Yeah I deserved that.
EDIT: but just for the record, I did not put any rice in it. However, I did not put any alcohol in it either.

Ah. I forgot about corrosion for some reason. Ignore everything I've said :p

For future reference you can use flush cutters to cut the extra legs off of PCB mount switches to turn them into plate mount.

Ah, I canceled the Amazon order and ordered them from mechanical keyboards instead. They get better feedback reviews I think. Thanks

Better to support them anyhow.
