Can you buy Filco TKL pcb?
I would like to get TKL pcb and mount Zealios on it, but I don't think I could deal with un-soldering switches.
I hope I can handle soldering the to pcb...
Or can I buy any TKL ISO pcb that would fit filco case?

Possibly a phantom? I know they fit filco cases, but do require a good bit more soldering.

Phantom, and I think b.87 can do it.

I'm guessing they don't do ISO?
Also, they don't come with presoldered bits, so only switches would need to be soldered?
-
The Phantom does support ISO.

Anybody knows where to get Phantom PCB or kit?

The PCB can be bought on MechanicalKeyboards.com (https://mechanicalkeyboards.com/shop/index.php?l=product_detail&p=536), while the closest shop to your for the Teensy is Falbatech.pl (http://falbatech.pl/prestashop/index.php?id_product=11&controller=product&id_lang=2). Diodes and resistors are easily found on eBay or at your electronics supplier.
