Title: New greetings from an old lurker...
Post by: regallegion on Mon, 08 May 2017, 23:57:13
Hey there!

I've had an account here for about 2 years and have lurked for a long while. I've been in the hobby for a little over 5 years and am just now realizing that Reddit isn't really my speed. Seems like the stuff I want to work on and talk about happens here much more often.

So with that, cheers and hello from an old lurker who is becoming more of a regular here!

Boy does that sound familiar.... I joined in 2012 and haven't broke 10 posts yet

There should be a badge for that, like "Creature from the Deep", "Delayed Gratification" or "Late Bloomer"

How do we get this badge?! Let's start a club! Though I suppose as soon as you start talking to other Creatures from the Deep, you start to amass posts and become a real person...

I lurked for a long time too when I was unsure how far into this crazy hobby I wanted to get. I'd only owed a couple CM boards at that time. But then I won an artisan raffle and bought a Topre board and it was all over so I stopped lurking  :))
