Title: Made Seitan

Not posting a picture,  because it literally looks like p00..

just these two wriggly looking dookies in a mixing bowl..

Has anyone else tried making seitan ?  any suggestions...

Never even considered making my own. Did you use a recipe to make it?

Yea, i calculated the costs,   can DIY for ~ $2.00  $2.50 a pound  depending on how much you spend on the flavorings.


Thats on par with pork..
