An interesting looking keyboard. I'd love the actual 104-key Model F (as would a lot of people). Does anyone know anything more about this keyboard?

That went pretty quick.

"IBM later offered rubber dome versions of the 104-key keyboard (part numbers 73X38xx and 09F4230) for some of their terminals; they were manufactured by Micro Switch."

A Model F impostor just arrived in the mail today. I like the design of it but these rubber domes are not for me. This should clean up nicely.

I understand Natalie Portman has rubber domes like these.

It does look nice - does it work with Soarer's?

I am not sure. The connector did not fit my 5 pin din adapter that I bought from Orihalcon that I use for my Model F XT's. The pins seem to be spaced differently. I have not done further research but would be curious to find out. I have had too many projects going on lately.

Does it perhaps use the same DIN connector as the F122 (and probably M122) terminal keyboards? Orihalcon sells a converter for those too. I was looking for a DIN-to-DIN cable so I could use the same converter for both kinds of keyboard, but didn't find one. Buying two of the converters is certainly easier.

I am pretty sure it is the same connector as the F122. Yeah that would be nice to find a DIN-to-DIN cable. I think I will just get a get a converter from Orihalcon.

I just received a soarer's cable for the F122 from Orihalcon. I am now typing this post with this keyboard. Also I am nicknaming this keyboard the domesaver instead of the unsaver.
