I'm down on this site finding info for purchase double shot keycaps for ISO spanish layout mechanical keyboards

Hey! good luck on finding those keycaps. The closest thing I've ever seen is a custom Unicomp keyboard that comes with Spanish keycaps, but that's dye sub and buckling springs. Who needs to worry about hunting down rare keycap sets if you can just use blank keycaps though  :p
