Title: Do you recognise these switches?
Post by: hoggy on Wed, 24 February 2010, 15:11:53
The office opposite mine were throwing out a bunch of stuff, including 2 old keyboards (actually, I had to take 5 'boards as it would have been rude to be choosy).  They were a bit surprised that I wanted to take them off their hands...

I got two almost the same - one's PS2 and the other is older with a din connector.  I don't have a din adapter so I can't test one, but the PS2 one works just great.

I'm a little new to all of this, so does anyone know what type of switches are in this 'board?

Unless I'm horribly mistaken, those would be rubber domes with sliders.

I'll second the vote for Peerless.

Lucky in the "we just found out you have a terrible disease but we can cure it by amputating all of your extremities" sense.

Everybody is so lucky, and I can't find one. Want to feel the horror too!
