Hi.

I tried searching, but couldn't find anything remotely similar and I'm out of ideas.

So my keyboard at one point, not sure when  :confused: , stopped saving any and all NEW settings and I can't reset it.

Resetting a layer or all doesn't do anything. Latest firmware for RGB version and the one I have installed is v1.04.00. I also tried reinstalling that firmware and the process goes through, but no change and again even that doesn't reset it.

It's as if the memory it uses to store "stuff" has become read-only.

All the keys work normally and all the DIP switches are in default positions. I also tried different USB ports, but no luck.  :(

Any and all help is greatly appreciated.

I also contacted vortex support, but so far they only asked for my keyboard s/n and that was 3 days ago. Have to say I'm surprised nobody had this problem before.. even on a different keyboard?
