Ducky have sold those caps in the past (https://mechanicalkeyboards.com/shop/index.php?l=product_detail&p=1321). Maybe you can use that part number in your search. Or you can pre-order this set, (https://mechanicalkeyboards.com/shop/index.php?l=product_detail&p=2493) which is kind of close.
