Don't think I've seen this type of case anywhere before. Picture is very bad but switch looks a bit like it could be black Alps? (Keycaps look Alpsy, too?) Thanks!

Can't see a fecking thing on that picture.

It's QWERTZ so that's... er... German? That keyboard might never have been seen in the US.

I did ask for a better photo before posting this but didn't get a reply. I'll place the minimum bid on it and will report back with what I got...

Got pictures of the back of the board and it's the same model number (JKB-6151B) as the keyboards shown in this thread (here branded "Legend"): http://www.pchistory.lv/keyboard-at-legend-6151b-din.html (http://www.pchistory.lv/keyboard-at-legend-6151b-din.html).
Apparently, it was made by Jing Mold Electronic Technology in Taiwan and a white Alps sister with the same model number ending in -M is documented here: https://deskthority.net/photos-f62/jing-mold-electronic-technology-jkb-6151-clicky-white-alps-t8141.html (https://deskthority.net/photos-f62/jing-mold-electronic-technology-jkb-6151-clicky-white-alps-t8141.html).
This seems to make my initial assumption of black Alps based on the photo with the missing keycap more likely.
I'll try to get the board (10€ plus shipping if he ever sends it) and report back.

...and the adventure begins. Good luck!
