Title: [IC] - GMK Harlequin
Post by: PoisonKing on Tue, 13 June 2017, 10:23:19: I don't know what I'm doing here. I had too much internet and I stumbled into an image of harlequin ice cream. It's a chocolate, vanilla, and strawberry flavored ice cream, also known as Neapolitan ice cream. I think it will look nice if the colors are used for a keyset.

The mock-up I made based on the colors of the ice cream is below.

I think this mock-up will be enough for 1800, 75%, WKL, and ISO layout.

And the colors used for this set are Pantone 7517 U, Pantone P 1-9 U, and Pantone 1777 U.

What do you guys think? Feel free to share your thoughts and comments ;)

I like it more than Harlequin because it has more pink and a stronger dark chocolate feeling. It reminds me of this (not really neapolitan):

GMK Neapolitan has not seen any update in a while, though.

Doesn't really have enough pink/brown IMO. I think if you were going for something like that it'd be better off with a distribution like this:

Thanks. I'm also worried that the modifier color doesn't look like the one on my screen. I might change it to a darker shade of brown in future revisions.

Actually I made a 6u and 00 for my template but I didn't put them on this mock-up. I will add them on my next revision. Thanks for your suggestion :)

Indeed. The limitation on the Banana Split version is the pink modifiers are an alternate for the proposed Chocolate & Banana scheme, which I think itself could potentially be a shade more yellow and bananary:

but no such limitatiuons here. PoisonKing can make this distinct version and as much or as little Neopolitan as he likes.

Also, I think there may be some potential here to play around with the legend colors a little, make some of them chocolate brown and create a sense of chocolate sauce being drizzled over the board?
