Wanted to buy a Vegan T-shirt..

Couldn't afford it because I 'm overbudget on Vegan foods..

all them documentaries exclaim how it's Cheaper to be Vegan..


I think that's only relative to the non-frugal omni-people who are bad at math,   there is simply no way you can eat vegan and spend less..

The savings will really only come when you're 60 and don't have heart disease or cancer.. 


Everything till then though costs more..

my sister is vegan, and her home cooked meals look pretty cheap

but when she goes out to eat, vegan restaurants charge silly prices for tiny amounts of food

IDK what the prices are in australia..

But Per pound,   The heartier Vegetables cost almost as much as meat in the USA.

But, because vegetables have very little calories, you have to buy and eat way way more of them, so it ends up costing more.


Why is meat cheap.. COSTCO rotisserie chicken, Whole damn chicken cooked, ready to eat, Delicious, for only $5.. $5    $5  $5   $5  $5 $5  $5  $5 $5 $5 $5 $5 $5 $5 $5 $5

I've recently read up on all the latest anti-biotic immune diseases..  they're detecting these strains everywhere coast to coast..


Too scary..  animal products is the foremost breeding ground for these.


For example..  they take animals dead from disease,  grind them up, and make cosmetics..  i mean.. sigh.... the thought of it.. hahahaha.

My dad has a vegetable garden. It's surprising light work in terms of time and labour once you get a rotavator.

In Ireland veg is still the cheapest thing in the supermarket. Aldi usually have 4 or 5 on sale for 50 cents.
