Hi,
I've got a keyboard which uses keytronic foam and foil switches and the foam (and foil, but I've got that figured out) has completely deteriorated, on every switch.
I can replace the foam pads, but I'm not quite sure what the best foam to use would be. Could anyone offer me advice? An amazon or link to some other place where I could buy the foam would be fantastic, too.
Thanks.

I'm not sure this qualifies as "the best" - but it did work. I went for local sourcing and bought what was available at Walmart and Michael's:
[attach=1]
Used a 7/16" leather punch and sliced the foam into 0.20" segments
[attach=2] [attach=5]
Saved and cleaned the original plastic disks for the plastic/foam/foil sandwiches then glued on the foam and foil (non-conductive side of foil facing PCB):
[attach=3] [attach=4] [attach=6]
Took a while but it's working well.
