I've got some Amiga keyboards I'd like to make whole again - if somebody has some trashed Amiga keyboards from which they can donate a few keys.
For the Amiga 1000 keyboard (Cherry?), I need the numeric keypad "1" key. For the Amiga 2000 keyboard (NMI), I need the numeric keypad "0" key and possibly a shift key. For the Amiga 3000 keyboard (Mitsumi), I need the "Esc", "F9", "F10" and numeric keypad "0" key. (Again, numeric keypad! Do people eat these or something??)
On the A3000 keyboard, I also need the plastic "plungers" that the keys attach to and the rubbers. All three keyboards are perfectly fine, except for the missing keys.
Can somebody help me out... or is this a lost cause?

Did you ever find any for the a1000

I have some NOS switches that are the same design and dimensions as your Mitsumi Amiga 1000 switches, but are subtly different inside. I assume they're compatible. It's only the switchplate that's different, and those are fully compatible between all the standard mechanical types (type 1 and type 2).

This thread was started in 2010 and the OP hasn't been online since 2014. This necro deserves an award.

He's got his own topic about this, that I've set on notify, waiting for him to determine if the switch can be repaired, as sometimes switches just need a tweak to resurrect. There wasn't any need to necro this one.
