Look at the reflection in the monitor in the first pic.  This seller is sitting on some classic IBM hardware.

The printer in the back looks like a 6400 and the one on the left maybe some variation of a 4xxx ?

That sucks, cause like I wouldn't mod the keyboard if it have the computer with it.
