Episode 6 leaked, video quality black levels are a bit high, the dark scenes look grey blobbish. but everything else is fairly good ..

Holy ****.

Holy ****.
I haven't even seen season 1

Season 1 was OK, Jackie Earle Haley really made it, but season 2 is really really ****ing good (so far.)
Binge 1 then savor 2
*A***OTG the last episode bummed me out because they just glazed over the entire battle between the Unsullied and Casterly Rock. They even kinda self-referenced it when old lady whats-her-face asked "So how was it?" - lame
*as far as game of thrones goes
-
They kind of hinted as to why though... It was only a skeleton force they encountered.
That said I did feel like some elements were rushed on it (and the last episode) and considering how they shortened this season (actually lengthened then split, but why not just give us two seasons and do it right?).
I too am behind on Preacher... I got several episodes into it and just started to lose interest, seems good and I'll get back to at some point. Been binging on a few other shows.

Read the graphic novels a dozen years ago and remembered loving it. Watched I think six episodes of season 1(random tv marathon). Would definitely catch up on the series.

Gah...

I think it certainly has interesting characters.. But the plot is kind of .. just not moving , it's like a show about hanging out with your buddies.. not enough of the sci-fi elements.
They're really not exploring the powers and its potential all that much, they're doing very human-ee things with it.
-
Oh man.. Another leak.. this time in 1080p
-
WTF...
//sigh................................
I was hoping they'd have more CGI than that..
Also.... George RR Martin = MEGA_PERVERT
-- google says he has 2 sisters.. Clearly a major Sis-con dude..
//Hoff should weigh in.. hahahahahahahahahahahahaha

OK, season 8...
They should just GIVE one of the Stark girls to the little guy, he deserves it.. sansa and the little sister are getting uglier and uglier anyway (weird), it wouldn't be so inappropriate picture wise... they're also mostly inconsequential characters .. so there's no conflict anywhere.
also.. the Frost wyvern is obviously cooler than regular dragon.. But the blue stuff makes no sense.. Even if it's magical breath, if it's a projection of energy, the residual burning/ melting would still be YELLOW.. It' shouldn't be thoroughly blue..

Sansa was already married to Tyrion and you cannot give Aria to anyone as she would likely kill you and them.

she'll do whatever they write her in to do.. there's no reason why she can't be given to little dude..
they can't give little dude another maid/ prostitute, they'd just die on him, and intellectually too far apart..
only an educated upper tier female would make sense at this point..
little dude can't win anything in the actual game-of-thrones due to his role as the unsung hero. But they should at least buffer this in some way by allowing him an appropriate happy ending..
you might say, well just give him all the brothels.. But technically, he was capable of that at the beginning of the franchise without ANY help, So then that would be like having the character go backwards..
IMHO, He must be settled with one of the stark girls.. I'd say let him have sansa, she's the prettier one, though she's all phat now, hahahahha

spoiler alert.....
It was CAPT Mustard, in the bedroom.

ALSO, the dragon's hover ability is too good.. it doesn't make sense that it'd be able to do that given the low flap rate of its wings. especially when next to a wall with wings facing it.
-
Well dip me in honey and throw me to the lesbians!
Is Preacher as good as the comic?
DOOOOOM C****CK!
DOOOOOOOOOM C****CK!
DOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOM C****CK!

That was a fail in my eyes as well.
The show does pretty well most of the time, but that was terrible.
Still an awesome episode.

The dragons wings are full of holes and rotting it's obviously running on magick. Same way the other stuff walks around without muscles.
That was a good finale. Found the sansa and aria plot a bit annoying this season but the way they tied it off was great.

If we're going to analyze for plausiblilty, here's a thought:
Zombies make sense, in a way. They spread like a disease with no purpose, rhyme, or reason. However, these zombies are loyal to their leader who rides on dragons. What is the purpose on this war??? Wars are fought for a reason, no? What in the hell does the night king want? I don't see anyone on the dead side celebrating or even smiling. So what is their motivation? It just doesn't make sense to me.

The flashback sequence showing the Children of the Forest creating the Night King suggests that it's just in their nature to destroy: the white walkers were created as a weapon to destroy man, it's essentially programmed. The zombies are just mindless tools of the white walkers, which is why destroying a WW causes the dead they raised to fall.

Running on magic, but it's still flapping.. which means it's still bound by physics in its mode of flight..

good explaination. I never read the books, and I forgot about the flashback stuff and the children of the forest. well, i TRIED to forget that part. Oh god, all of that plot line with Bran and Hodor and the two annoying siblings made me want to stop watching the show.

Aw yeah man, that's some damn good writing right there. That tie-up was absolute perfection.

Their universe is filled with characters made of sturdier stuff: Had I seen the zombie I would have crapped my pants. Yes they had moments of looking terrified but in general they looked mostly disinterested.
Except for the Hound of course because he's awesome.

I'm a little confused by preacher, because they demonstrated him using the power on a large group of humans,
why doesn't he just go higher up and mind-control some influential humans with more resources.. it makes no sense to continue operating out of a crummy new orleans apartment..
