Hey all,
I hope it doesn't become annoying when I post my questions, hoping this will all end in some cool work.
It's my birthday today though, which is great because my family doesn't know what to get me so I get money, which means I am going to be investing in some mold/resin stuff as well as either a vacuum chamber or pressure tank. Going to do some research tomorrow downtown.
Today's actual question is.. I've seen a lot of videos and pictures of people working on keycaps to be using this weird little square pronged device holding the keycap. This seems to be incredibly useful because I find that when I actually hold my pieces, my fingers seemed to be compressing things. Hard to focus on so many things at once!
Anywho, am I crazy? Is this all the same person and a custom device? Is it something that only you smart folks in the know how know? Would love some details.
I've added a picture I spent a lot of time drawing to help illustrate the situation. Let me know if you need more photos.

Adding the photo would've been a great way to finish this post.

No one should feel stupid for asking a question, quite the opposite. :thumb:

It's refreshing to be welcomed so nicely to a community. I think I got too used to the reddit mentality of gatekeeping. I guess I forgot how nice more niche communities were. :)
All ordered, look forward to receiving it!!
