I JUST ATE SEVERAL PLATES OF MOSTACOLLI. I ACCEPT THE CONSEQUENCES OF MY ACTIONS.
I MOVED THE CHEESE AND MYSTERY BITS ASIDE THE BEST I COULD.
Getting old is nowhere near worth never having steak D:!
Are you allowed steak in hospital?
tp4 you speak the truth. After cutting out much meat/cheese products from my diet I am losing .25 - 1lbs per day.
I'm not calling myself Vegan though; but more like following a diet in the China Study which is keeping my Animal sourced products less than 5% consumption per day.
Also I am eliminating as much oil as possible.
I might not have to ask someone to sign a waiver every time I want to have sex in the future! This is exciting!

Since I started weight lifting, my diet has become basically 60% dairy, 25% meat, and 15% nuts and grain to get enough protein.
AT LEAST four cups of milk per day in addition to two to four ounces of cheese and five to ten ounces of yogurt. It's essentially laziness because dairy doesn't require thawing and cooking like meat (most meat I eat is already cooked sandwich meat), and I can only eat so many canned beans for protein. I also eat a lot of eggs.
I like vegetables quite a bit, but I don't like cooking them or trying to use them before they spoil.

I drink three litres of milk a day. Do not have cancer that I know of, and DEFINITELY don't have moobs :p .Since I started weight lifting, my diet has become basically 60% dairy, 25% meat, and 15% nuts and grain to get enough protein.

Kavik, I want to say this in the nicest way I can.
You HAVE heart disease, it's not killing you yet, but you've got it.. --Most americans today as young as age 12 have heart disease--, You do, I do, Everyone does..
Now, Milk is highly carcinogenic, you're probably young, and have this perceptual invincibility cloak.. but cancer is rapidly dividing inside your body right now due to the growth hormones and casein protein composition.
Also, milk gives you manbewbs.. hahahahahahha

It only applies to you if you live in USA.
But this is home cooked milk, not fast food milk.

There's no difference, it's the same industry supplying the majority of the milk
Milk for mammals is designed as a rapid-growth fluid.
You want to make the smallest most vulnerable animal grow as quickly as possible once he comes out.
Weening however MUST occur eventually.
Nature has designed this system over the course of millions of years.
Humans figured out how to never get weened.. Certainly under the belief that it's the best food..
But we know today, that It's the best food for only a SHORT period of a person's early life and that's it.
Milk is loaded with Natural growth hormones, ontop of whatever steroids the farmers add..
The combination of which is responsible for the majority of western cancers.
TP4 missed joke. There is no home cooked milk :))
Fast growth... must be good for muscle hypertrophy!
Heart disease is narrowing or blocking of arteries, usually caused by LDL cholestrol. Cardiovascular exercise and unsaturated fats (fish and nuts) supposedly help counteract it by reducing blood serum cholesterol and keeping arterial walls squeaky clean and smooth, so I suppose I should focus on those (I was running a lot earlier this year but not much recently). I was eating quite a bit of tuna, but then I got concerned about the mercury. But I've heard there's debate on whether saturated fat causes heart disease, not sure why though. Some risk is from genetics. For example, I dieted and lost 75 pounds in 2016 and improved my blood pressure and all my blood work across the board (I just reduced calories but didn't focus on eating any particular food). An already skinny co-worker of mine changed his diet from bullcrap to chicken, salmon, rice, broccoli, etc in the same time frame, and his blood cholesterol either stayed the same or got worse (I can't remember which). He was shocked.
Part of the goal of weight lifting is to get manbewbs, just made of muscle and not fat. :thumb: But my gut is slowly making a return. :-[
In regard to cancer, I think not smoking, drinking, sunbathing, or getting fat again will reduce my chances more than abstaining from milk (according to the article I just read, high fat milk is higher in estrogen, which is supposedly the cause of the increased cancer risk. I drink 1%, so I just reduced my cancer risk by 2%, hahaha).

70% of heart disease patients have blood cholesterol levels between 140-199 which is considered the -NORM..
But that would only mean the NORM is set too damn high, because 1 out of 3 people HAVE heart disease, and 1 out of 4 people Die of it.
They've got the research, you need cholesterol BELOW 150 to be heart-attack proof..
When a high level triathlon runner keel-ed over from a heart attack, they took a look at his arteries, CLOGGGED..
This is a common misconception that if you exercise you will BURN the fat away.
If a triathlon runner , with such high intensity energy burning couldn't do anything about fat clogged arteries, it's clearly not possible to be _squeaky clean_ with only modest weight lifting.
Fat burning from exercise is true of stomach fat, and some visceral fat.. HOWEVER this is wrong when it comes to arteriosclerosis.
High quantity of consumed fats flowing through your blood WILL CLOG, and your body can not use that for energy by burning it..
Cardiovascular exercise (i.e. running, cycling, aerobic), not weight lifting (anaerobic). Arteries are clogged by cholesterol, not fat. Cholesterol is thought to increase from consumption of saturated fat, but it's not that the fat itself it deposited in the arterial walls. Reducing saturated fat consumption is definitely helpful, but so is cardiovascular exercise and reducing overall body fat because it reduces blood pressure. Long term high blood pressure damages the arterial walls and makes them more susceptible to a bad diet. Cardiovascular exercise decreases resting heart rate and blood viscosity, thereby reducing blood pressure.

The critical driver behind meat and greasy consumption is Pleasure... Arguments built on environmentalism and animal welfare flat out don't work---we exploit human beings every day, animal welfare will never be accepted at large as a pressing issue.
The environment is important, but elon's got that covered, so we're good to go...

Yes, people exploit each other—but we don't, to my knowledge, consume each other as food. There must be a difference.
