Title: How to remove slider from stabilized HHKB key?

I have hypersphered my HHKB but can't seem to get the stab keys' sliders to come out. I have tried but i dont want to risk breaking the stab wires. Any help is appreciated. Cheers

just pop them out, the stabs are barely held in
