Seldom talked about issue, but ya'll gotta relax. Too many peeps sucking it in all the time, Been seein' this more and more recently..
1. Everyone has a bit of a belly pop when seated (even when standing), whether you are skinny or -phat-
2. If you suck it in all the time,
---- this causes reduced blood flow to your organs
---- hinders digestion
---- increases internal pressure
---- reduced oxygenation
---- shallow breathing
-------- lower oxygen processing efficiency, up to 40% reduction
3. Understand that being self conscious is a waste of time
---- The majority of EVERYONE is actually so conscious of themselves 90+% of the time
--------- that they pay 0x attention to you
--------------- to put up with discomfort to appease all of 0x actual audience is idiocy.
Finally.. Guys, relax, just let it froop over.. Breath deeply from the belly, let it extend.
If you are new to --being less self conscious-- at first you may feel some discomfort from letting your stomach go..

People who have a stomach bulge and are not fat have anterior pelvic tilt, which is caused by weak abdominal muscles, tight lower back muscles, and tight hip flexors. This is usually the result of sitting too much, or possibly by being a former fat whose muscles have adapted to the position a heavy belly puts the body into (pulling the lower spine into constant extension).

well you shouldn't relax it to the point where you'd fall over..
but that uptight tummy tuck that guys do when they think a girl is chking them out..
People just do it all the time now.. totally bad for ones health.
