Been takin' dat B12 for a month now..
Feels great.. nearly no more stomach aches. ever..
Turns out i had a b12 deficiency EVEN before becoming hipster (vegan).. My lvls were under 200.
Ya'll should get ur b12 lvls checked..
NO ONE , including meat eaters, are getting enough B12

Not true. I have had normal B12 levels while suffering from anemia (blood loss).

I once had my vitamin D checked out... it was literally 0. The doctor could not believe that it was possible to have 0 vitamin D in your system. So he put me on prescriptives and now I have too much D in my system /facepalm.

I once had my vitamin D checked out... it was literally 0. The doctor could not believe that it was possible to have 0 vitamin D in your system. So he put me on prescriptives and now I have too much D in my system /facepalm.
Yea.. Tp4 haz the D-Deficiency as well.. as the result of --Never Outside--
Taking that calcium now.. but Tp4 think what Tp4 might do is get the regular vitamin D without the calcium.. Because Tp4 eats maximum vegetables now.. No need for more calcium.
