So back in January I sold my Smart68v2 group buy slot hosted by feng to a user here on geekhack, everything went smoothly and it was done via paypal invoice.
Today I woke up to a chargeback case on paypal.
How do I proceed with this? Any replies would be appreciated :)

i will have to ask feng for that, but im 90% sure he has..

dzugashvili has already gotten the keyboard. (he's already posted photos, make sure you save the links pages and photos (assuming dzugashvili might be taking them down to strengthen his case, if he's that sort of unscrupulous individual)
Something wasn't 100% with the production, people had loose fitting sockets on the board (switchable switch board).
dzugashvili decides to charge back against user trexous, who sold him the slot to the groupbuy.
In this case, dzugashvili is not handling this correctly..
HOWEVER... dzugashvili is justified in getting his money back, or to provoke a response,
Since he can not file against --Feng--,
______ trexous is now justified in getting his money back from -- Feng --
Ultimately Feng is responsible...
Trexous, I recommend you take it up with paypal, explain this situation to them, and fight -- Feng -- , not dzugashvili

If he has the item, then you need to prove that. If he doesn't, then you tell feng to send it to you and not him, and refund the guy.

I was banned from Newegg because they refused to refund me a "free promotional" product they charged me full-price for and was put in my shopping cart w/o permission. They say I need to reverse the chargeback (AKA - let them steal $70 from me) to have it reinstated.
Been shopping on Newegg for 14 years and they ban me for their own mistake.

That neither hurts nor helps your case, because you've not stipulated who -feng- is, or what he's responsible for..

I guess the only problem with that is I myself bought the slot from another user.. so that kind of complicate things to an extent as well. So yeah I'm not sure what to do if feng doesn't reply back to me with a solution

Then you have to go through chargeback with that user.. and he has to go through with feng.
but unlike dzugashvili , you can at least try contacting the user you bought it from first.
you can fight in either direction on this, but, overall, i would say the correct direction is towards feng.

There's no such thing as a last day, it's only a guideline.. they will still help you if you've been victimized...
Yeah it's going to be very hard, noone is bothering to reply to me and just minding their own business and is not giving a ****.
