I've been speaking with Monroe in the US, and they have at least 100 used Alps SKCC Grey switches, the short keystem¹ version used in old calculators. These have been taken from returned equipment and stored. The one he checked was seemingly cleanly desoldered (no stray solder).
They are $1 each.

As they are a part that's not commonly requested, they are happy to sell as much as 95% of them.
There are a few takers at DT already — any additional interest?
¹ Short slider and short keystem, for low-profile keycaps, like you'd put on Cherry M8 switches.

What on earth has taken a whole moderation team so long?!? Fortunately it's not too late.
