Title: Westinghouse W1642 Keyboards $224
Post by: OldIsNew on Thu, 21 September 2017, 09:38:44
This is a cool board. Great caps and heavy metal case. It is KeyTronic foam and foil. I have one and replaced the  foam and it works with xwhatsit Model F to USB. I'd say $224 is WAY too much, however - especially given the extra work and expense to get it usable. There is a "make an offer" option - might be worth seeing if the seller would accept a more reasonable amount for one (they list more than 10 available).

I would say offer less than $100 and see where it goes. Also I seen your conversion thread. Nice work by the way. Looks like a neat keyboard.

Thanks! I think it is a cool board - just not $224.99 cool. I think your suggestion is a good approach.
