Any idea what this is?
(Seller wrongly lists as KB-M105 but the label says KB-M102)

i have this keyboard, it has monterey dome with sliders they are actually very nice for a rubber dome, extremely tactile, with nice double shot alps caps, big ass enter though, so it may not be ideal if you wanted to harvest the caps.

According to my might google-fu, a "KB-M102" is ... a 7 inch car DVD player for a Mitsubishi Pajero (http://www.chinacomputerparts.com/pz5d403aa-cz569b9a0-7-inch-car-dvd-player-for-mitsubishi-pajero-2006-2012-gps-dvd-bt-pip-function.html). Model years 2006-2012. Or I may have mistyped something, I'm trying out a new layout.
So I feel confident in saying that no, this is not a mechanical keyboard. Rubber dome at best, cheap DVD player for a mediocre SUV at worst.

Yes, but it's a 7-inch Mitsubishi Pajero DVD player with rubber domes.

The feet on the back are very similar to Keytronic's feet design. I wonder if they are the manufacturer, and if so, it's a great rubberdome for sure.

I came across one today. It has Monterrey dome with sliders, one of the best rubber domes. Very tactile. The best thing about this keyboard though is the double shot alps keycaps, which was why I even grabbed it, but I could totally type on it and not have a single complaint.
A big bonus is the keycaps were designed for a proper alps keyboard, with the proper stabilizer mounts, even though the keyboard doesn't even use most of them. Downside is the bigass enter though.
