That's one weird keyboard. And the seller listed it as "PC keyboard:"

It's like the person here, who is selling this (http://cgi.ebay.com/IBM-PC-KEYBOARD-RETRO-80S-NEW-CONDITION-RARE_W0QQitemZ260567274487QQcmdZViewItemQQptZLH_DefaultDomain_0?hash=item3cab0513f7), saying it's retro from the 80s:
